It’s all too common for us as women to think that if we only had more confidence in ourselves, that everything else in our lives would fall into place. Whether it’s a pay raise, professional development or even a new career, there may be something holding you back. But it’s not a lack of confidence that keeps us from grabbing change by the horns. The truth is that in order to make changes in our lives, we must believe in something we’ve never felt comfortable believing in before - ourselves.
At this HER luncheon, we’ll discuss the reasons why women don’t ask for what they want, the high cost of not asking, and what you really need. (Spoiler alert: It’s not confidence!)

● Calculate the cost of waiting with a “What’s it costing you?” exercise
