Organizations talk a good deal about the value of corporate culture, but who is going the distance? Beyond a foosball table and flexible hours, consider the unique amenities and incentives used to recruit and talent. Are they driving real results for the bottom line?
The Gazette Business Breakfast Series "Workplace Culture: Approach and Results" is scheduled for Thursday, September 12, from 7:30am-9am at the Geonetric Building in Cedar Rapids’s NewBo District.
Doors will open at 7am for guests to enjoy a light breakfast and network in the café space, courtesy of community partner NewBoCo. A moderated panel with audience Q&A will run from 7:30am-9am.
Confirmed panelists include:
Anthony Arrington, Top Rank
Eric Englemann, NewBoCo
Stacie Osako, Osako Consulting, LLC
Kristy Staker, Hy-Vee
Angela Weekley, Veridian Credit Union
Moderated by Michael Chevy Castranova, The Gazette Business Editor
Topics for discussion will touch on assessment tools, amenities and incentives, unique benefits and determining impact. Hear from employers as they share their own workplace culture approach and the ever-more important role hiring managers have in making the right choices in selecting — and then helping to develop — their workforce.
